The name and logo design of the brand were inspired by the “Nautilus” submarine in the famous nevel, “Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea” by Jules Vernes. The novel was written 50 years prior to the invention of submarine. Therefore, Nautilus represents creative, and exploring of premium raw materials under the sea to offer to consumers. Tuna Fried with Green Pepper and Eggs:
Ingredients: 1 can of marinated tuna, 2 green peppers, 2 eggs, chopped scallions, salt, soy sauce.
Preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with a little salt, heat a little oil in a pan, cook until done and set aside
2. Cut the green peppers into small pieces, add a little oil to the pan, sauté the scallions until fragrant, then add the green pepper pieces and stir-fry until just cooked
3. Add the tuna pieces and stir gently, add a little soy sauce for seasoning
4. Pour in the cooked eggs and stir evenly until done. Serve.
